HRL 24 Terms of Service
Welcome to HRL 24
Any advice and information HRL may provide (whether in person, by telephone or online) will be given or made available in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. Whilst HRL will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information it provides or makes available, it cannot guarantee its accuracy.
Any action taken or advice provided by HRL as part of any response services will be taken or provided with reasonable skill and care within the terms and scope of the cover within your policy. Whether to take any action in any particular situation (and if so what kind of action) shall be at the professional judgment and discretion of HRL. HRL shall not (for example but without limitation) be obliged to take any action if that action would in HRL’s judgment risk death or personal injury to an HRL case officer or any third party. HRL cannot guarantee that incidents will not occur. If an incident does occur, HRL cannot guarantee that the Policyholder and/or Insured Persons will not be affected by it. HRL cannot guarantee safe passage or the personal safety of an Insured Person on any Insured Journey.
HRL shall at all times maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance but under no circumstances will HRL be liable to a Policyholder or an Insured Person or any third party for any special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits or loss of business opportunities arising from the provision (or non-provision) of any information or services but this shall not exclude or limit liability for fraud (including, without limitation, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for death or injury resulting from negligence.
